I tried making a payment at your website, but there is a problem. Can you help?
We use various third party payment processors and platforms to process online payments on our behalf.
When a payment is rejected, did not go through, or failed, there are several reasons to explain that:
A. Please check that your credit card or debit card is eligible for online purchases, and isn't blocked.
B. Please check that your credit card or debit card has sufficient balance.
C. You can also try another card to see if it works.
D. If these solutions do not work, you can ask us for a payment link alternative.

Digistore24: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer
PayEx / EZBeli: major banks in Malaysia including MayBank, Public Bank, CIMB, RHB, AmBank, Affin Bank (all in Malaysia only)
