I would like to get a refund.

Several of our digital products and memberships have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

To request a refund:

1. You need to furnish your full receipt
2. You need to disclose the reason for asking for a refund

This is so that we can not only expedite your refund request, we can also note your feedback for product and offer improvements.

We do not entertain refund requests that do not meet the above mentioned list.

WARNING! Filing a dispute or Chargeback with PayPal or Stripe as a means of "getting our attention" will NOT be tolerated.

We strive to provide the highest level possible in our service. Some of the common issues we encounter when communicating with our Customers and Clients include:

- invalid email addresses
- support messages not read
- ambiguous / unreasonable reasons for refund

But all tickets are answered in the order they are received so if you've recently sent in a support request, we will get to it soonest.

We challenge ALL disputes.

If you proceed with this dispute, your refund will be delayed by up to 30 days. In addition, you will be blacklisted from purchasing any of our products in the future. No exceptions.
