1. I have purchased a product from one of your sites but I have a download problem. Can you please help me out?

Yes, of course!

Remember: we sell several digital products of various kinds so if you have a download problem you cannot resolve, submit a support ticket with the following details:

1. Your Receipt/Order No.
2. Name or Title of the Product you Purchased
3. Description of the download problem or error message
4. URL of web page or web site you purchased from

Remember to include all of the above mention information (plus any other essential information) so that we can help you in the fastest time possible. Customers with download problems are given top priority and we usually get back to you in 12-24 hours on this matter.

2. I would like to purchase one of your products. Do you accept PayPal, bank-in, check, or wire payments?

As of late 2007, our primary Online Merchant, 2CheckOut.com, finally accepts PayPal payments! 2CheckOut.com also accepts Online Checks from countries around the world.

The bank-in option is limited only to users from Malaysia and Singapore at the moment. We do not accept wire transfer unless huge sums are involved (Internet Marketing service or purchase high ticket product).

When in doubt, please contact our Support Helpdesk for alternative payment options and solutions.

3. Do you have an affiliate program? I would like to be an affiliate and promote some of your products.

We have a centralized Affiliate Program at www.amloh-central.com. When you register, you can promote as many of our products in our database using only one affiliate ID.

All the promotion tools are comprehensively provided alongside foundation training for affiliate marketers.
