1. I have purchased a product from one of your websites but I have a download problem. Can you please send me a new download link?

We sell several digital products, so submit a support ticket to our helpdesk with the following details:

1. Your Receipt/Order No.
2. Name or Title of the Product you Purchased
3. Description of the download problem or error message
4. URL of web page or web site you purchased from

Remember to include all of the above mention information (plus any other essential information) and we will furnish you with a new download link, or update your membership login.

2. Besides Credit Card and PayPal, do you accept other payment methods like bank-in, check, or wire transfer?

The bank-in and check options are available only to users from Malaysia and Singapore. Price of product(s) will be converted from US Dollars to MYR (Malaysian Ringgits for Malaysians) or SGD (Singapore Dollars for Singaporeans).

If total purchase volume exceeds USD1000.00, we accept wire transfer. We do not accept Western Union and money order.

3. Do you have an affiliate program?

We have a centralized Affiliate Program at www.amloh-central.com. When you register, you can promote all of our products in our database with the same ID. All the promotion tools are comprehensively provided for our affiliates.
